By creating an account or using Affare, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Affare is a mobile app that connects diners with participating restaurants. It lets Stores publish digital coupons, run a points-based loyalty program, post news updates, and accept table requests. Affare itself does not sell food, process payments, or operate any restaurant — it is a communication and record-keeping tool between you and independently operated Stores.

• Customer — browses Stores, saves favorites, redeems coupons, earns/spends loyalty points, and requests tables.
• Store Owner — manages one or more Stores, their coupons, loyalty program, menu, and table requests. Owner accounts require a verification code issued at our discretion before they can be created.
• Employee — a limited staff account connected to a single Store via a code generated by that Store's owner. Employees can respond to table requests and redeem/scan coupons and loyalty points, but cannot edit Store information.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Affare.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Store owners are responsible for the employee accounts they connect to their Store, including removing an employee's access when appropriate.

Coupons, discounts, and loyalty point programs are created and controlled entirely by each Store — Affare has no role in setting their terms, value, availability, or expiry, and does not guarantee any coupon or point balance can be redeemed. Loyalty points and any associated monetary value are recorded in the app by Store staff and have no cash value except as the issuing Store chooses to honor. Affare is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any dispute between you and a Store over a coupon, point balance, or in-person purchase — all payments for goods and services happen directly between you and the Store, outside the app.

A table request sent through Affare is only a request — it becomes a reservation only once a Store accepts it (directly, or after proposing a different time you confirm). A Store may cancel an accepted or confirmed table request; Affare will notify you if that happens, but Affare has no control over, and no liability for, a Store's capacity, timeliness, or ability to honor a request.

Store owners are responsible for their Store's profile, menu, coupons, and news updates. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, and not to use the app to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

With your permission, Affare sends push notifications for things like new coupons, expiring coupons, store news, point credits, and table request updates. You can turn these on or off per category in Settings.

• Attempting to defraud a Store or another user — for example, forging or reusing a coupon or loyalty credit you're not entitled to.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with the app or its backend.
• Creating an Owner or Employee account without proper authorization from the relevant Store.
• Impersonating another person or Store.

Affare is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any Store's offers will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affare and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or from any interaction, transaction, or dispute between you and a Store. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under German law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
